Starting May 21, 2025, I will transition to offering solely telehealth sessions (i.e. video or phone sessions). My family will be moving out of province, and I will no longer be able to provide in-person appointments.

Each session listed below has an in-person or virtual option (pick whichever you’d like, but please check to make sure you’ve got the version you want)
Also - if you can’t find a time that works for you, scroll down and on the left side of the page is a button to add yourself to the wait list - write me a little note about your availability and I can let you know if something opens up!
I keep the booking calendar open about 3 months at a time and open the following month at the end of the current month (e.g. May opens at the end of February etc.)

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution-focused, meaning that I work collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that plays to their individual strengths and values and that emphasizes actionable steps to take in-between therapy sessions. I am committed to my clients experiencing progress towards their goals. Life can be so tough sometimes, and it is my absolute honour to work alongside my clients as they work through the hard stuff.
