Each session listed below has an in-person or virtual option (pick whichever you’d like, but please check to make sure you’ve got the version you want)

Also - if you can’t find a time that works for you, scroll down and on the left side of the page is a button to add yourself to the wait list - write me a little note about your availability and I can let you know if something opens up!

I keep the booking calendar open about 3 months at a time and open the following month at the end of the current month (e.g. July opens at the end of April etc.)

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m Whitney, and I’m a Registered Psychologist. My focus is working with both couples and adults on a range of concerns. No matter who I am working with, I am guided by the following values: honesty, curiosity, and fun. In therapy, this means that I’m straightforward, I seek feedback from clients to ensure therapy is meeting their needs and/or adapt the process when needed, and also take the opportunity to use creativity and humour to enhance therapy.

For couples: I am trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy, which is an evidence-based and well-rounded approach to strengthening relationships (and fixing areas of challenge).

For adults: Most of my time working in the field has been in public mental health - so I’ve worked with an incredibly wide range of issues/diagnoses.

That said, I really enjoy working with people to reduce and recover from anxiety and depression. I also support folks managing other concerns such as: self-esteem, relationships, career/job concerns, and life transitions (e.g. divorce, retirement, becoming a parent). Whatever you’re dealing with right now, it would be my honour to support you through it.
